Job Description

- Planning and operating TikTok Shop sales strategies and promotions, and planning monthly sales events. - Improving content quality through product detail page planning and management. - Discovering and recruiting TikTok affiliates, and planning collaborative content and live streams. - Establishing affiliate ecosystem revitalization strategies, including affiliate community management and challenge planning. - Data-driven performance analysis and deriving operational improvement insights. - Communication with external partners (TikTok headquarters, domestic and international agencies, etc.).

Qualifications

- Entry-Level: No experience required - Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience - Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N1 preferred) - Experience operating a TikTok shop (no length of time required; direct experience required) - Ability to quickly identify and improve issues based on data

- Experience in directly managing and growing channels on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Qoo10. - Understanding of platform logic and the ability to adapt quickly. - Familiarity with Japanese cultural and content trends.
