Job Description

- Planning and operating TikTok Shop sales strategies and promotions - Improving content quality through product detail page planning and management - Discovering and recruiting TikTok affiliates, and operating collaborative content and live streams - Vitalizing the affiliate ecosystem through affiliate community management, challenge planning, and other initiatives - Data-driven performance analysis and operational improvement insights - Communication with external partners (TikTok headquarters, domestic and international agencies, etc.)

Qualifications

- Entry-level: No experience required - Experience: 1 to 3 years - Experience operating a TikTok shop (no length of time required; direct experience is required) - Ability to identify and improve issues based on data and implement them quickly

Preferred

- Experience operating e-commerce platforms such as Amazon - Understanding of platform logic and the ability to adapt quickly - Fluent English proficiency - Familiarity with European cultural/content trends
