Job Description

- Design a company-wide change management framework based on company-wide business portfolio strategy and technology trends. - Analyze technology and market trends related to content businesses, including digital IP and AI. - Promote regular and irregular tasks and projects from a company-wide perspective.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher - Any major required - (Minimum 5 years) or less than 7 years of experience in corporate future strategy and technology strategy at a large corporation - Deep understanding of and interest in digital IP and AI - Experience in executing and managing tasks/projects in collaboration with various stakeholders and related departments - Enjoys both highly collaborative and independent work - Fluent in a foreign language (English required, Japanese optional) - Understanding or experience in the impact of platforms/games/AI and technology on the content business - Experience in strategy/planning at a corporate level - Understanding or experience in the content/media industry - Experience working with executives and decision makers
