Job Description

1. Planning and executing a community-centered global growth strategy - Developing engagement strategies for key communities such as Discord and Reddit - Identifying an early player core group and strengthening community self-sufficiency 2. Planning user-participatory campaigns and content programs - Designing and operating a player feedback loop process - Designing a content dissemination structure based on influencers, creators, and fans 3. Managing community growth by region. Implementing strategies tailored to the community culture in key markets across North America, Europe, and Asia 4. Insight reporting and KPI management based on community data

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher, regardless of major - Fluent English or Japanese communication skills (written and verbal fluency is a must) - At least 3 years of experience operating a community-based game/content service - Experience analyzing user feedback quantitatively and qualitatively and incorporating it into product and content strategies - Deep understanding of games or interactive content and a strong sense of community culture - Experience launching a community for a new IP or Early Access title - Experience leading the creation of organic trends such as memes, UGC, and challenges on Reddit, Discord, etc. - Experience collaborating with influencers or managing fan communities, primarily in the North American or European markets - Experience operating multilingual communities (English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc.)
