Job Description

<Introducing the team you'll be working with> This team supports international customers to seamlessly experience Gangnam Unni services in Korea. We help overcome language barriers for international customers and support the entire customer journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for users. <Future tasks include:> We provide Thai-language consultations for international customers and design and improve the overall customer experience throughout the beauty care journey. We precisely identify customer needs and propose and guide personalized service options. We lead service coordination and coordination with relevant internal departments and partner companies. We standardize and manage consultation and operational communication history, and analyze and identify recurring issues and areas for improvement. We continuously improve service quality through post-service satisfaction checks, issue response, and aftercare.

Qualifications

<We're looking for someone like this> Someone with native Thai-speaking communication skills Someone who can calmly prioritize and resolve issues, even in unexpected situations Someone who prioritizes customer satisfaction, and can proactively define and execute necessary tasks
