English Teacher Position at Kids English Center (Part Time) (Seoul)

Job Description

We are looking for individuals who genuinely love children and respect them as independent individuals. The ability to see the world from a child’s perspective and to understand the emotions behind their behavior is essential. Please note that this position is not a childcare or babysitting role. It is an education-focused role that guides children’s language development, thinking skills, and emotional growth through structured play. If you are applying with the expectation of a casual caregiving role or a kids café–style environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying. Responsibilities Class Preparation 1. Review and understand the Wini Play curriculum in advance to conduct the class confidently. 2. Manage children’s check-in and check-out smoothly and ensure a safe and pleasant handover to parents. 3. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment. Class Instruction & Planning 1. Lead classes following the established curriculum. 2. Plan and develop new classes in addition to existing programs. Post-Class Tasks 1. Write a Class Observation Report for each child after every session.

Qualifications

Native or near-native English proficiency Eligible visa types: 1. F visa 2. H-1 visa (minimum 6 months validity) 3. D visa (with a valid work permit) Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can actively play and interact Proactive, reliable, punctual, flexible, and a strong team player Experience in early childhood education or similar fields is a plus
