Job Description

We manage the initial AI-translated content and ensure the overall language and sentence structure of the site appears natural and consistent in French. We check for omissions and translation errors in product registration information, such as product names, detailed product descriptions, and optional text. We organize policy and guidance content, such as terms of use, shipping and refund policies, and chatbots, and revise them for clarity and avoid potential customer misunderstandings.

Qualifications

- Native-level French speaker and capable of business communication in Korean - Strong understanding of French culture, able to naturally make decisions from the perspective of local customers - Strong interest in and passion for the beauty industry, beauty content, and online shopping

Preferred

- Ability to meticulously perform repetitive and detailed review tasks, taking into account sentence tone, consistency of expression, and context. - Ability to proactively communicate with team members and propose improvement plans based on evidence when translation review issues arise. - A French national currently residing in Korea and fluent in Korean. - Current holder of a D-10 visa (*D-2 and E-7 visas are not eligible.)
