Job Description

Interactive Media Mix (IMX, Inc.) (imx-mnc dot com), a Japanese corporation with operations in Korea, was established in 2001 and specializes in producing and distributing Korean entertainment content. As the first company to distribute Korean dramas and entertainment to major media outlets in Japan, IMX, Inc. has expanded into a variety of entertainment ventures, including actor/artist management, event planning/production, and webtoon production and distribution. In 2020, we successfully launched "Channel K" on Amazon Prime Video in Japan, a subscription-based channel offering unlimited access to both new titles and timeless masterpieces. Most recently "Music K" was also launched as the first and only K-POP channel on Amazon Prime Video Japan. We then expanded globally by launching Channel K on Amazon Prime Video in India. Building on this, we are actively working on introducing Channel K to additional countries, allowing even more viewers to enjoy our content. Responsibilities may include: Support the creation and editing of short-form videos and social media posts under guidance from the marketing team. Assist with basic copywriting and content curation for targeted audiences across multiple platforms. Support content distribution activities, including uploading, scheduling, and monitoring content to ensure timely delivery. Assist in reviewing content for technical issues, subtitle accuracy (grammar, spelling, timing), and compliance requirements. This includes pre-release content checks and watching content to help identify rating considerations, warnings, or technical issues. Assist with file preparation and delivery to OTT platform under supervision. Assist with content acquisition research, including identifying potential titles and gathering relevant information for evaluation.

Qualifications

Qualifications • University degree in any field • Proficiency in English and conversational Korean. • A strong interest in Korean entertainment (K-dramas, movies, music, etc.). • Legal eligibility to work in Korea (D-10 and F series visas preferred). • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience • Prior experience in content-related roles or internships is a plus. • Experience with Adobe software such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
