[NAVER Cloud] Map-based Global Super App Service Data Planning

Job Description

- Sourcing of global map data (Basemap, Address & Admin, POI, Routing, Traffic Information, etc.) - Outsourcing and management of map data construction (including satellite map production in addition to the aforementioned sourcing data) - Quality inspection of map data - Operational management of map data services - Planning of map update strategies and improvement measures

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience sourcing and managing map data (Basemap, Address & Admin, POI, Routing, Traffic Information, etc.) - Experience in building, managing, and processing global map data - Experience in operating B2C map service data - Experience in processing and analyzing spatial data (SHP, GeoJson, raster image, pointcloud, etc.) (QGIS, PostGIS, open-source programming) - Experience in designing, managing, and analyzing spatial data and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) - Deep understanding of fundamental map production technologies, such as GPS surveying and photogrammetry

Preferred

- Experience in building, managing, and servicing global map data - Strong understanding of global map data standard formats and trends - Interested in the latest spatial data-related AI (machine learning, etc.) technologies and trends - Self-driven and responsible, with the ability to collaborate effectively - Able to travel frequently and on long-term business trips to foreign countries
