Brand in Charge: RIBESKIN (www.ribeskin.com) ✅ Overseas Market Development and Global Network Expansion - Discover new markets and develop overseas business partners (regional and national responsibility) - Develop and negotiate global dealers and distribution partners - Collaborate and manage sales with overseas clients (hospitals and clinics, aesthetic clinics, distributors) ✅ Participate in Overseas Exhibitions and Conferences - Participate in overseas exhibitions related to bio, beauty, medical devices, and healthcare and promote the brand - Conduct meetings with global buyers and partners and expand the network - Manage lead customers and implement follow-up sales strategies after exhibitions ✅ Develop regional sales strategies and technical sales - Plan and execute sales strategies for each country in charge - Conduct technical sales and product training tailored to product characteristics - Develop customized business models for overseas distributors and clients ✅ Manage existing accounts and optimize sales - Maintain and develop additional sales strategies for existing overseas clients (distributors, dealers, hospitals and clinics) - Improve products and collaborate on marketing based on customer feedback - Analyze sales performance and Continuous sales optimization

Qualifications

At least 2 years of overseas sales (B2B) experience (preference given to those in the beauty, medical device, or medical aesthetics industries) Experience developing global business partners and collaborating with distributors is essential Experience participating in overseas exhibitions and conducting buyer meetings Experience in technical sales and product training English proficiency (business level or higher) is required

Preferred

International sales experience in the beauty, medical device, healthcare, and bio industries. Multilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, etc. preferred). Experience managing global brands and distributors. Sales experience in Class 2 medical devices and medical cosmetics.
