Brands in Charge: RIBESKIN (www.ribeskin.com / ING: @ribeskinpro, @ribeskinmed) CATHDRESSING BtoC Consumer Brand (New - 2026) Overseas Targeted Marketing Planning and Execution - Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategies for global markets (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia) - Plan overseas marketing strategies for global partners/branches of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aestheticians - Optimize advertising through analysis of country-specific treatment trends and consumer insights Global Performance Advertising Operation and Optimization - Operate global advertising platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and Baidu - Improve advertising performance through A/B testing and data-driven analysis - Plan customized advertising content reflecting the language and cultural characteristics of each country Collaborate on global sales and brand expansion - Develop overseas B2B (medical professionals, aestheticians) and B2C (consumer) marketing strategies Execution - Collaborate with overseas distributors and partners to plan effective advertising campaigns and promotions Data analysis and advertising performance optimization - Execute data-driven marketing strategies to optimize global traffic and lead conversion rates - Build regional marketing performance dashboards and derive insights

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in global performance marketing and overseas advertising operations. Experience operating global advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Baidu is essential. Experience planning and executing English-based overseas marketing campaigns. Capability to analyze country-specific market trends and advertising performance. Experience in global e-commerce, D2C, and distributor collaboration.

Preferred

Experience in overseas marketing in the dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetics industries. Experience in global marketing of medical products, including medical devices, skin boosters, fillers, and lifting. Experience in global SEO and SA (Search Ads) optimization. Experience in global brand expansion and collaboration with overseas partners.
