Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on expert to lead our global technical training of RIBESKIN (www.ribeskin.com / IG: ribeskinpro, ribeskinmed) - Conduct Hands-on Demos & Training: Perform live demonstrations and technical training of RIBESKIN products for global professionals, including doctors, nurses, and estheticians. - Global Congress & Seminar Speaker: Participate in international aesthetic exhibitions and seminars as a main trainer/speaker to educate customers on usage techniques. Develop Clinical & Educational Protocols: Create and standardize training manuals, video contents, and treatment protocols for effective knowledge transfer. Training Protocol Development: Planning and standardizing training manuals, video content, and treatment protocols for effective knowledge transfer. Technical Support: Providing professional advice and answers to technical inquiries from global partners regarding product application. Qualifications

Candidates must be foreign nationals currently residing in Korea -Professional Background: Must possess a valid license or professional background as an Esthetician, Cosmetologist, or Aesthetic/Plastic Surgery Doctor. - Hands-on Capability: Proven ability to perform actual aesthetic procedures and demonstrate techniques confidently in front of an audience - Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in your mother tongue and professional fluency in English (Presentation level)

- Professional Background: Must possess a valid license or professional background as an Esthetician, Cosmetologist, or Aesthetic/Plastic Surgery Doctor. -Training Experience: Experience as a brand educator, trainer, or Key Opinion Leader (KOL) -in the aesthetic industry. -Product Knowledge -Multilingual -Korean Communication: Intermediate Korean communication skills for internal teamwork.
