Channel Growth Strategy: Analyzing Chinese fashion trends and planning localized content for Kangstylist. On-site Management: Coordinating filming schedules and assisting with brand communication.

Qualifications

Language: Fluent in Korean and Chinese (capable of business communication and translation) Platform Knowledge: Heavy user of Xiaohongshu and Douyin (familiar with logic, popular tags, and content styles) Visa: Applicants must be eligible for employment in Korea (eligible for a D-2 part-time work permit or a D-10 or F-series visa)

High Fashion Engagement: Highly sensitive to fashion trends and a keen understanding of stylist styles. Production Skills: Proficient in video editing tools like Premiere Pro and CapCut. Sense: Bright energy and communication skills to connect with YouTubers in front of the camera.
