Job Description

• Discover and collaborate with new North American influencers. • Discover and collaborate with key affiliates for the US TikTok Shop. • Develop data-driven hypotheses and analyze campaign performance. • Draw creative improvement insights based on consumer responses. • Manage key influencer partnerships. • Plan and operate North American brand events.

Qualifications

• Applicants who are expected to graduate or have already graduated • Applicants who have native-level English proficiency • Applicants who have a strong understanding of American consumer trends and beauty content • Applicants who actively consume content related to North American influencers, celebrities, and culture

• Have lived in the U.S. for at least three years or are highly familiar with the culture. • Enjoy networking with new people. • Have a passion for beauty and skincare. • Have a strong understanding of marketing and media commerce.
