Job Description

MD - Develop operational strategies to maximize sales through online channels such as Shopee and TikTok Shop in Thailand. - Operate internal advertising accounts for online channels such as Shopee and TikTok Shop in Thailand. - Inventory and shipment management. - Planning major promotions. - Develop joint marketing plans with team leaders and marketers. Marketing - Planning and executing joint marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales conversion in Thailand. - Planning and executing content for Thai influencers. - Develop and execute all performance marketing strategies, including meta and channel-specific shop advertising, and monitor their effectiveness. - Develop joint promotion plans with the team's MD. - Operate and support other sales and marketing activities within the team. * The applicant's responsibilities may be adjusted based on their relevant experience and preferences.

Qualifications

- Experience operating an e-commerce channel in an ASEAN country (especially Thailand) or successfully collaborating with a local agency - Ability to conduct business in English - Proficient in Thai

- Thai nationals preferred - Experience living in Thailand - Experience at a full-service advertising agency or e-commerce platform - Experience as an influencer - Understanding of local Thai trends
