Job Description

Tutor HR · Onboarding and Operations Management - Manage the entire native-speaking tutor onboarding process (account setup, onboarding support meetings, trial classes, contract processing) - Review native-speaking tutor applicant CVs, schedule and conduct interviews, and follow up after interviews - Monitor new and existing tutors, provide feedback, and respond to issues - Manage class-related issues, cancellations, and operational risks - Serve as a key facilitator of communication between tutors, students, and internal teams Content Creation and Management - Create and manage ESL content (articles, dialogues, kids' reading materials, etc.) - Create content using web resources, AI tools, and presentation tools (Canva, Gamma, etc.) Cross-team and system support - Support tutor-related product QA and English content review - Support other operations and system management tasks

Qualifications

- Native English speaker - Strong work management and follow-through skills - TOPIK Level 5 or higher

Preferred

- A major or experience in a related field, such as English, English education, international studies, or human resources (HR) - Familiarity with a bilingual environment - Experience using various work tools, such as Notion, Zoom, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Canva
