Arab Medical Coordinator and Marketing Manager

Job Description

1. Patient Consultation and Care Management • Dr. Tomato Protocol consultations for potential clients in the Middle East (WhatsApp, Band, email, etc.) • Build trust and improve treatment adherence through customized consultations that take cultural characteristics into account • Enhance retention • Dedicated, close consultations for VIP clients and communication mediation between a multidisciplinary team (Oriental medicine doctors, nutritionists, and Floortime therapists) • Consultation on treatment costs, herbal medicine delivery, payment information and management, and other customer inquiries 2. Treatment, Consultation, and Interpretation (Translation & Interpretation) • Appointment reservations and guidance: Oriental medicine clinic administration team – Coordinate schedules with clients and set up appointments • Real-time interpretation support between Oriental medicine doctors and patients during video consultations (Zoom) • Arabic interpretation and consultation for Dr. Tomato protocol information (herbal medicine effects, dosage, nutritional supplements, antibiotic therapy) • Clinical nutritionists or Floortime homeschool teachers – Coordinate schedules with clients and set up appointments Zoom interpretation support for video consultations • Dietary therapies, recipes, and Floortime Time Material Translation 3. Local Marketing Support • Targeted marketing to the Middle East's WhatsApp-based parent community, and management of reviews and inquiries • Localized production and operation of Arabic-language YouTube and social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) • Uploading Arabic materials to Naver Band and providing chat consultations

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and Arabic • Experience running social media channels and skilled in design and video editing • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture and Islamic food culture (including halal)

Preferred

[Counseling Skills] - Experience providing VIP customer service (CS) and concierge services in the healthcare, education, or wellness fields. - Strong understanding of children on the autism spectrum (ASD) and children with developmental delays, and possessing empathy and professional communication skills when counseling parents. [Marketing Skills] - Experience in digital marketing, social media channel management (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and content planning. [Experience Preferred] - Experience counseling Arab patients and medical coordination in Korea. - Experience managing service conversion and retention through counseling. - Experience working with children in child development centers, child counseling agencies, or related educational institutions. [Major Preferred] - Preference will be given to those with a major in a related field, such as child studies, child counseling, child psychology, special education, or child development.
