Job Description

Key Responsibilities Early Childhood English Instruction: Conducting engaging, activity-based English classes for children (aged 4–7) at kindergartens and daycare centers. Implementing IDLENC’s "Learning through Fun" philosophy using provided creative materials and storytelling. Academic Coordination & Quality Control: Monitoring ongoing classes to ensure high teaching standards. Providing constructive feedback and mentorship to fellow educators. Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Developing and managing tailored English language curricula. Managing and refining lesson plans (Full training and materials provided). Educational Support: Communicating with educational centers to maintain service quality. Participating in regular team meetings at the Seongsu-dong office for program improvement.

Qualifications

Eligibility & Requirements Visa Status: Must hold a valid F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visa. (Note: E-2 sponsorship is not available). Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent communication skills. Essential Qualities: Positive energy, a child-friendly attitude, and professional reliability.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in English education or academic administration. Experience working with young children is a plus.

Working Hours, Salary & Benefits Flexible Working Options (Select one): Option 1: 12:00 PM – 03:50 PM | 1.65M KRW Option 2: 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM (6 working hrs + 1-hr break) | 2.00M KRW Option 3: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (8 working hrs + 1-hr break) | 2.60M KRW Freelance: Flexible scheduling | 40,000 KRW per hour (Negotiable) Benefits: Full compliance with Korean Labor Laws. 4 Major Social Insurances & Severance Pay (after 1-year contract).
