Job Description

[Key Responsibilities] 🧩 Social Media Content & Brand Creatives (40%) -Design content marketing assets such as blog covers, Instagram carousels, and other social creatives -Create and manage brand assets across multiple channels -Maintain consistent campaign visuals and brand tone & manner 📈 Performance & Ads Creative Design (30%) -Design digital advertising creatives for Google Ads, Meta, Naver, Kakao, etc. -Plan creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand strategy -Lead visual direction for digital marketing campaigns 🌐 Website & Landing Pages (20%) -Design and update WordPress-based websites -Improve landing page UI with a strong focus on conversion optimization 🧪 B2B SaaS UI/UX Design (10%) -Design UI/UX for our in-house B2B SaaS product under development -Create wireframes, user flows, and interaction designs using Figma -Collaborate closely with the development team to enhance product design

Qualifications

Qualifications -Proficient in Figma -Able to communicate in English -Strong design thinking with a goal-oriented approach -Ability to clearly explain visual directions and present concepts logically -Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Preferred

Preferred Qualifications -Proficiency in Korean (Not a Must) -Knowledge or experience in digital marketing field -Experience with product UI/UX design -Experience using WordPress -Active user of AI tools in the design workflow -Strong desire to grow and develop as a designer
