Qualifications

Job Responsibilities: Live Stream Sales: Conduct daily live streams to effectively promote products, highlight key selling points, and guide viewers through ordering. Plan interactive elements such as raffles and Q&A sessions to increase viewer engagement. Content Planning: Create creative sales presentations based on product features and participate in script writing. Regularly analyze live stream data and optimize sales presentations and processes. Fan Management: Manage live stream fan groups, respond to post-purchase inquiries, and increase user engagement. Analyze viewer feedback and suggest improvements. Qualifications: Open to both men and women; 18-45 years of age; Well-groomed and personable; Excellent broadcasting skills. Fluent Korean and fluent communication skills; Friendly and sociable individuals. Preferred Qualifications: Sales or live streaming experience is a plus; Highly qualified new graduates will receive training to enhance their skills. Understanding of the operating policies of major platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new methods. Soft Skills: High stress tolerance and adaptability to a high-intensity live streaming schedule. A strong collaborative spirit and a willingness to accept feedback and improve.

Salary and Benefits: Part-time: 13,000-15,000 yuan per hour. Those who demonstrate exceptional skills may receive an additional bonus of 0.1-0.5% of daily sales. Those who demonstrate outstanding performance may be eligible for permanent employment. Full-time: Base Salary: ₩2,200,000-₩4,500,000 per month Bonus: 1-3% of sales (no cap). Additional bonuses are paid upon achieving monthly/quarterly performance targets. Benefits: 5 social insurances and housing fund, paid annual leave, and holiday gifts.
