Hello, this is The Good Co., Ltd. As an LGU+ telecommunications company, we currently operate 15 stores and are continuously opening more. Upon joining, you receive one month of training in all aspects of the business, including basic skills, product theory, sales methods, and IT operations. After two months, you work as a trainee, and after that, you complete your final store transfer. After three months, you become a full-time employee. After the transition, you undergo a competency evaluation. We have a system in place to allow for early promotion, even for new employees. In terms of income, we offer a variety of benefits, including base pay, sales commissions, various GR incentives, and excellent employee awards. We earn between 3 million and 7 million won per month, with a growing number of employees earning over 100 million won annually. Unlike other sales positions, we focus on in-store sales, so we highly recommend this position to anyone interested in a sales career. We offer training courses tailored to your specific sales style, including in-store sales, OB activities, and door-to-door sales.
