Job Description
Foreign Credit Loans - Sales, Customer Service/Consultation, and Aftercare - Information on Yegaram Savings Bank's financial products for foreign clients - Consultation on inbound foreign clients - Happy Call consultation for callback requests
Qualifications
- Experience handling foreign credit loans - Holders of an F2, F5, or F6 visa (naturalized citizens are also eligible) - TOPIK Level 4 or higher - General communication skills (Korean)
Preferred
- Preference given to applicants from Nepal, Thailand, and the Philippines - Foreign nationals fluent in Korean preferred - Financial industry experience preferred - PC proficiency (including Office 365) preferred - Bachelor's degree (home or domestic) preferred - Graduates of a domestic university (4 years or more) preferred
