Manage distribution and retail partners in the UK, Sweden, and the Netherlands, and handle day-to-day communication Perform sales and operational tasks based on a strong understanding of each country’s distribution structure, retail environment, and business practices Support order management, contract discussions, and coordination of commercial terms with local buyers and partners Oversee and manage the entire distribution process Provide market-driven input on pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies in line with local market standards Monitor sales performance and issues across distribution channels, and identify opportunities for improvement Track and analyze market trends in the UK, Sweden, and the Netherlands

Qualifications

Manage distribution and retail partners in the UK, Sweden, and the Netherlands, handling day-to-day communication -Perform sales and operational tasks based on a strong understanding of each country’s distribution structure, retail environment, and business practices -Support order management, contract discussions, and commercial terms with local buyers and partners -Work closely with Korea HQ to manage the full distribution process, including orders, outbound, shipment, and delivery -Provide market-driven input on pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies aligned with local standards -Monitor sales performance and issues across distribution channels, and propose improvements -Share market trends, partner feedback, and requests from the UK, Sweden, and the Netherlands with HQ

Preferred

-Hands-on experience in distribution or retail operations in at least one of the following markets: the UK, Sweden, or the Netherlands -Direct experience working with local retail chains, distributors, or buyers in the relevant markets -Strong practical understanding of local distribution structures, pricing policies, and promotional practices -Experience in consumer goods (CPG), cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG distribution industries -Experience serving as a bridge between HQ and overseas markets, coordinating cross-border operations -Experience in professional communication and documentation within a global business environment -Previous experience working for multinational companies or global brands
