Job Description

- Provide warm and professional service to all      guests upon arrival and departure - Handle check-in and check-out procedures     accurately and efficiently - Assist guests at the Welcome Reception    and respond to inquiries promptly - Deliver guest amenities and requested items     in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Native English speaker - Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above) - Service minded person, understanding of hotel industry

Preferred

- Foreign students with an associate degree or higher in    tourism or hospitality from a Korean university - Previous experience in chain hotels preferred - Experience with Marriott systems and Opera preferred - Strong service mindset and excellent language skills    preferred
