Let me tell you about the AML Monitoring Specialist position. - Toss' AML Monitoring Specialist is part of the Anti-Money Laundering Team. - This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with AML obligations and enhancing the transparency of financial transactions by verifying and verifying KYC compliance data. This position will involve: - Review KYC compliance data for new and existing customers. - Review data related to Toss certificate issuance. - Find ways to improve the effectiveness and reliability of the KYC process.

Qualifications

I'm looking for someone who: - Experience performing tasks with high focus and persistence. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform tasks with a strong sense of responsibility. - 2-3 years of experience in the finance/fintech sector, even if it's not AML, is a plus. - Experience collaborating with and communicating effectively with relevant departments is even better.
