Job Description

- Proceeding and managing exports to Russia - Product receipt and shipment and inventory management - Ordering and managing supplies - Supporting other sales tasks

Qualifications

- Native-level Russian proficiency - Ability to organize and analyze data to derive insights - Proficient in document creation and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Experience supporting overseas sales or trade teams and contributing to team performance. - Experience in administrative support tasks such as document creation, data organization, and data entry. - Experience contributing to work efficiency through document management tasks such as contracts and invoices. - Strong understanding of local Russian culture.
