Japan Project Manager (in Seoul)

Job Description

- Lead PoC with Japanese partners (Korea-based + on-site collaboration) - Bridge cross-border communication between Japan and Korea - Coordinate stakeholder engagement and change management within the legacy packaging industry environment - Establish a foundation for Packative Japan's initial operations and market entry - Structure and report local market information and feedback to global leadership - Prepare and execute the launch of Packative's SaaS product in the Japanese market

Qualifications

- Must be able to reside in Korea and work in Korea (required) - Must be a native Japanese speaker with the ability to communicate effectively in Korean or English - Must be able to travel to Japan - Must have senior-level PM experience (digital transformation project experience required) - Experience introducing innovation within a conservative/traditional industry - Experience working with B2B SaaS-based projects (ERP/CRM experience preferred) - Must be able to utilize startup collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace - Must be comfortable utilizing AI as an innovation tool - Must be able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility - Must be able to coordinate and drive progress within a large company or within a complex decision-making structure
