- **Dual-use Project Planning and Contract Strategy Development:** - Monitor dual-use project announcements and develop participation strategies for the defense (DAPA, Ministry of National Defense) and public sectors (Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Ministry of Science and ICT, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Transportation, etc.). - Match government R&D projects and support projects aligned with the company's technology roadmap. - **Oversee the Proposal Process from A to Z (Self-Contained):** - Responsible for the entire process, from analyzing Request for Proposals (RFPs), developing proposal logic, drafting the body, preparing supporting documents, and final submission. - Transform complex technical specifications into compelling business proposals through collaboration with the technical team. - **Sales Enablement:** - Develop standard proposal logic and templates (Sales Toolkit) through analysis of successful contract win cases. - Continuously capitalize on essential back-end data required for proposals, such as technical descriptions, certification status, and business performance. - **Task Administration and Results Management:** - Comprehensive back-office administration, including milestone management for contracted projects and support for writing results reports.

Qualifications

- Experience: **4+ years** of experience writing and securing proposals for government-funded or national projects. - Competencies: - Self-Completeness: Ability to flawlessly complete proposals from A to Z without external assistance. - Detail-oriented and Responsible: Adheres strictly to complex submission guidelines and deadlines, and is meticulous about detail with no tolerance for typos or errors. - Initiative: A proactive approach, proactively identifying job openings and proposing project participation, rather than simply following orders. - Mindset: - Enjoys the pace and intensity of early-stage startups and immerses oneself in the company's growth with a **company-wide startup mindset**.
