Job Description

Responsibilities - **Content Operation** - Writing and publishing social media/blog/update posts - Managing content calendars and organizing basic post metrics (views/clicks, etc.) - **Web/Landing Operation (Collaboration)** - Organizing and implementing website text/structure update requests (collaboration with designers/outsourcers/developers) - Operational tasks such as landing text modifications and image replacements - **Organizing sales support materials** - Updating customer contact materials such as one-pagers, introductory materials, decks, and FAQs (content organization + deliverable request/management) - **Campaign Operation Assistance** - Email delivery/list management/basic reporting (spreadsheets/CRM, etc.) - Assisting with advertising/campaign operations (setting/analysis responsibilities are negotiable) - **Assisting with event/webinar operations (if necessary)** - Operational tasks such as application/information/material preparation/follow-up management

Preferred

- Portfolio required (at least two of the following: web/social/deck/catalog/brochure/campaign) - Ability to clearly structure and design content for marketing purposes - Ability to understand brand tone/guidelines and create consistent results - Design tool proficiency: Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalent) - Ability to reliably meet schedules/quality in a collaborative environment and quickly reflect feedback
