Native English Teacher (Kindergarten) – Seoul We are currently seeking a Native English Teacher for a kindergarten program in Seoul, starting early March. This position is suitable for teachers who enjoy working with young learners in a supportive environment. ● Location Junggye-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul (서울시 노원구 중계로) in Korean ● Start Date & Contract - Start Date: March 1 - Contract Length: 1 year or longer ● Working Schedule (Flexible Options) Option 1: Full-Time - Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Option 2: Part-Time - 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 teacher) - 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (1 teacher) *Please let us know which option you prefer clearly. ● Students & Classes Age Group: 4–7 years old Class Size: 5–12 students per class Class Length: 30–40 minutes ● Teaching Style: Ages 4–5: Play-based learning Ages 6–7: Structured lesson-based learning - Teaching materials and programs are provided *Korean assistant teachers are present in class ● Responsibilities Conduct engaging English classes Follow the provided curriculum Participate in special events (e.g. Halloween, music recitals – additional pay provided) ● Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to 3.2 million KRW/month (before tax) (Negotiable based on experience) Full-time position eligible for National Health Insurance & Pension Lunch break provided (meal cost not covered) ● Vacation: Total of 11 paid leave days 8 days used during summer/winter breaks Remaining 3 days can be used flexibly No housing provided No airfare provided Minimal overtime ● Applicant Preferences Native English speakers preferred Preference for Western backgrounds Open to Black teachers Southeast Asian applicants not preferred ● Qualifications Native-level English speaker Eligible to work as an English instructor in Korea Experience with young learners preferred but not required *F series visa holders only ● how to apply market@educompany.co.kr We look forward to working with you :)
