[Recruitment Section] R&D Researcher for Rapid Freezer Control / MCU-based Board Firmware Engineer We are an early-stage startup developing Peltier (TEC)-based refrigeration and cooling systems. We implement cooling systems centered on MCU-based control. We are looking for an engineer with board-based firmware design capabilities to join us in the early-stage product development process, which spans from product planning to control structure design, prototypes, and mass production. [Job Responsibilities] ㆍDesign of MCU-based board firmware and control logic ㆍDesign of Peltier (TEC) device control methods and I/O boards ㆍImplementation of temperature sensor interfaces and control algorithms ㆍDevelopment and debugging of C-based embedded firmware ㆍElectronic circuit review and board BOM management ㆍReview and collaboration on schematics and PCB designs ㆍPrototype testing and performance verification (utilizing measurement equipment)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (electrical/electronic engineering/computer engineering, etc.) Experience: 2-7 years Experience developing firmware for MCU-based boards Experience developing and debugging C-based embedded systems Experience interfacing between MCU parts Experience configuring pin maps and firmware using circuit diagrams

ㆍRelated certifications ㆍRelated major ㆍExperience with power/thermal control, such as Peltier (TEC), heaters, and motors ㆍUnderstanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS, etc.) usage or structure ㆍExperience with wired communications, such as RS-485 and CAN ㆍExperience writing mass production and test code ㆍExperience with small LCD or touch display integration (excluding UI design) ㆍExperience implementing data logging or system status monitoring ㆍExperience using at least one of the following programs/tools: - Circuit/PCB: Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad - MCU Development: STM32, Keil, IAR

We are looking for someone who: ㆍCan collaborate with hardware and solve problems, focusing on firmware. ㆍExperience developing control structures that consider current, heat, and power issues. ㆍExperience developing architectures in the early stages when specifications are not yet complete. ㆍExperience not only "making a product work," but also "stabilizing" it.
