Job Description

- You will be working at the Lotte Rent-a-Car Short-Term Branch located in Seoul Station. - The Lotte Rent-a-Car Short-Term Branch provides short-term car rental services of less than one year to customers traveling, traveling, or on business trips. - This is the most important organization within Lotte Rent-a-Car, working closely with customers. - With a high proportion of international customers, you will be able to develop a global perspective and language skills by communicating with customers of various nationalities. - If you are accepted, you will be hired as a Vehicle Management (Foreigner Service) Manager at the Lotte Rent-a-Car Short-Term Branch. - Your job involves welcoming international customers who visit the branch, communicating with them, and providing customer service. - The Vehicle Management Manager's goal is to maintain the vehicles assigned to each branch in top condition. - You will perform face-to-face service duties, dispatching vehicles for customers and returning them to their homes. - To maintain the interior and exterior quality of vehicles, you will drive them to gas stations and car washes, or wash them yourself at the garage. - You will improve your automotive knowledge by managing and driving a variety of vehicles.

Qualifications

- Native-level English proficiency and English-related language certifications - Graduated from an overseas university or have lived overseas for an extended period - Ability to communicate smoothly with customers of various nationalities - Strong understanding of customer service and service tasks - Hold a Class 1 or higher driver's license for over a year - Proficient in using PC programs such as Excel and Word - Desire to set your own days off, regardless of weekdays or weekends (holiday pay or alternative leave options available for weekends/holidays) - Enthusiastic about cars, driving, and car washing - Possess a driver's license (international driver's license or Korean driver's license) - Applicable visa statuses: F-2 (Residency), F-4 (Overseas Koreans), F-5 (Permanent Residency), F-6 (International Marriage) - Strong understanding of Korean culture and organizational structure - Able to serve as a reliable guide to international customers visiting Korea
