Job Description

• B2C channel operation centered on the Japanese company's own online store (Shopify) and design of a content-based conversion structure. • Planning and execution of collaborations with Japanese KOLs/influencers, as well as overseeding, sponsorship, and commerce integration. • Defining a USP based on Japanese trends and establishing content planning, filming, and editing guidelines. • Operating SKUs tailored to the Japanese market and analyzing and testing performance. • Planning and operating online and offline promotions, including pop-ups, live commerce, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in B2C/content marketing or Japanese e-commerce in Japan • Native-level Japanese communication skills • Experience operating Shopify or a major Japanese e-commerce platform • Experience operating Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads • Portfolio submission required (applications will not be accepted without a portfolio)

Preferred

• Experience in Japanese influencer marketing or content commerce • Experience with K-fashion/K-beauty brands entering the Japanese market • Proficient in content editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and CapCut • Understanding of Japanese social media trends such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube • Experience with data-driven decision-making and reporting
