Job Description

Here's what you'll be doing: - Manage inquiries from Japanese customers and connect them with them (e.g., reservations, treatment inquiries, payment/schedule CS, etc.) - Other administrative and service improvement tasks related to CS operations - Assist with overseas channel performance marketing efforts - You'll gain these experiences and grow: - You'll solve problems and create a J-curve of growth with highly motivated team members. - Beyond customer service, you'll directly contribute to service improvements and operational sophistication. - This position offers opportunities to expand your role into various areas, including Japanese marketing and operational planning.

Qualifications

ㅣExperience with the following is preferred (required) - Japanese preferred) Ability to interact with customers and communicate effectively in Japanese - Ability to communicate in Korean - Legally residing in Korea with a residence permit that allows office work
