As a technology-based startup with technological prowess in both hardware and software, we are seeking individuals who share our vision of becoming the "global No. 1 digital healthcare company" and are ready to shape the future together! #YoungOrganization #HorizontalCommunication #SeriesAInvestment #Startup What You'll Do with Us • Develop and execute a B2B strategy for global markets (US, EU, Japan, China, etc.) • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and plan entry strategies for new market entry • Identify partners such as local distributors, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance companies • Develop and manage annual/quarterly overseas sales plans • Monitor and respond to commercialization-related issues such as global certification, regulations, and fee rates • Identify buyers through participation in overseas academic conferences and exhibitions

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who: • At least 5 years of experience in overseas sales, global B2B sales, or business development • Experience in medical devices, digital healthcare, biotechnology, wellness, and other related businesses • Fluent business English skills / Ability to travel abroad and participate in exhibitions • Ability to leverage generative AI tools to improve work efficiency

Preferred

Preference will be given to: • Interest in healthcare and a broad understanding of the industry. • Experience working at an IT platform company or healthcare service provider. • Experience in global business expansion from 0 to 1 in a startup/scale-up environment. • Ability to utilize productivity-enhancing tools such as generative AI. • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, etc.).
