Job Description

An experienced part-time line cook is needed for a busy pub kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing and executing menu items to a high standard (pizza, wings, fried items), maintaining strict cleanliness and food safety standards, managing inventory and proper food storage, and working efficiently under pressure during peak service hours. Must be organized, reliable, and able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment. Training is provided for our specific systems. We are seeking an experienced part-time line cook to work in a busy pub kitchen. Primary duties include cooking and preparing menu items such as pizza, wings, and fried items to a high standard, adhering strictly to hygiene and food safety standards, managing food inventory and storage, and efficiently operating during peak hours. A responsible, organized, and adaptable person in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred. Training on our specific systems is provided.

Qualifications

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times - Fluent English required; basic Korean preferred - Must have a valid Working or Student Visa (no sponsorship available) - Must be legally able to work more than 10 hours per week - Korean bank account required (no cash payments) - Available for late-night weekend shifts; general availability Thursday–Sunday - Some scheduling flexibility with prior notice - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Ability to strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards - Proficient in English, with basic Korean preferred - Only open to Working or Student Visa holders (no visa sponsorship) - Legally able to work at least 10 hours per week - Korean bank account required (no cash payments) - Ability to work late on weekends and Thursday–Sunday - Schedules can be adjusted upon prior consultation
