Job Description

- Sales Strategy and Promotion (MD) - Planning and operation of TikTok Shop sales strategies and promotions, planning of monthly sales events - Improving content quality through planning and management of product detail pages - Affiliate Marketing (MKT) - Discovering and recruiting TikTok affiliates, and planning collaborative content and live streams - Establishing strategies to revitalize the affiliate ecosystem, such as managing affiliate communities and planning challenges - Data-driven performance analysis and deriving insights for operational improvement - Communication with external partners (TikTok headquarters, domestic and international agencies, etc.)

Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years - Experience operating a TikTok Shop (Duration irrelevant, but direct operation experience is required) - Ability to identify and improve issues based on data and take rapid action

Preferred

- Experience in directly operating and growing channels on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon - Possessing an understanding of platform logic and the ability to adapt quickly - Ability to communicate in English for business - High sensitivity to cultural and content trends in the U.S. and other English-speaking regions
