Job Description

- Planning and operating TikTok Shop sales strategies and promotions, and planning monthly sales events. - Improving content quality through product detail page planning and management. - Discovering and recruiting TikTok affiliates, and planning collaborative content and live streams. - Establishing strategies to revitalize the affiliate ecosystem, including operating affiliate communities and planning challenges. - Data-driven performance analysis and deriving operational improvement insights. - Communication with external partners (TikTok headquarters, domestic and international agencies, etc.).

Qualifications

- Entry-level: No experience required - Experience: 3 to 7 years - Experience operating a TikTok shop (no length of time required; direct experience required) - Ability to identify and improve issues based on data and implement them quickly

Preferred

- Experience directly managing and growing channels on e-commerce platforms like Amazon. - Understanding of platform logic and the ability to adapt quickly. - Fluent English proficiency. - Familiarity with cultural and content trends in the US and other Anglo-American regions.
