Job Description

Customer First: Greet and assist USFK service members and their families with a smile. Consultation: Listen to customer needs regarding phone repairs and custom print orders (Plaques & Coins). Store Management: Handle check-ins, payments, and basic administrative tasks. Tech Support: Basic phone troubleshooting (We will provide full training for repairs!).

Qualifications

Language: Fluent in English (Native or near-native level). Korean skills are not required. Mindset: Positive, proactive, and dedicated to providing "US-style" premium service. Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but a great attitude is more important!
