Job Description
1. Global Marketing [MC] ① Analyze global market and competitor trends and develop marketing strategies ② Develop global social channel strategies and implement influencer seeding projects and analyze their performance ③ Create global campaigns and brand/region-specific content [BM] ① Product planning based on global consumers and markets - Analyze global consumer needs, market and competitor trends, and trends - Define product concepts, positioning, and key differentiating factors ② Oversee product development projects and collaborate with relevant departments - Oversee the end-to-end process from product planning to validation to launch to development - Coordinate the development process through collaboration with R&I, design, and SCM departments ③ Manage global product portfolio - Support global product export permits and develop product education content - Develop product advertising and promotional content for each export country 2. Global Sales ① Develop and manage strategies for key online and offline platforms in the region - Sephora - Amazon (product listings, seller account management, SEO, PDP optimization, search engine optimization campaign operation, and performance monitoring) Support) ② Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including communication with overseas subsidiaries and launches and promotions with partners. ③ Plan and execute global advertising/content campaigns. - Collaborate with influencers and operate digital advertising campaigns on social media (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.). ④ Beauty media PR activities. - Acquire new customers through organic editorial.
Qualifications
▷ Applicants who have graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher or are expected to graduate in February 2026 - Applicants with no restrictions on full-time internship for approximately five months from April to August - Holders of D-2, D-10, E-7, F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visas are eligible to apply - Internships will be conducted on a D-10 visa, and an E-7 visa will be provided upon final conversion to full-time employment. ▷ Applicants must not be disqualified from employment in Korea or a work visa / must not be disqualified from overseas travel or health (male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service) ▷ No credit requirements ▷ Submit a TOPIK Korean Language Proficiency Test score of Level 4 or higher. - A Korean language proficiency test score is required; other language test scores are not required.
Preferred
▷ Preference will be given to nationals from North America (USA), Europe (UK), Central and South America (Mexico, Brazil), and the Middle East. ▷ Preference will be given to those with experience in the beauty industry, consumer goods, distribution sales, or e-commerce platform internships. ▷ Preference will be given to those with experience in content planning/management on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and collaboration with global influencers. ▷ Proficiency in English or a second language is also a plus.
