Job Description

<Introducing the Squad> The Hospital Marketing Squad designs and executes global marketing strategies to support the growth of Healing Paper partner hospitals. We are experimenting with effective ways to promote Korean medical and beauty services to global customers. <Future Activities> Research and trend analysis on social media and community channels targeting the Japanese market Upload content and promote it on local social media and communities Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as post response, traffic, and conversion Develop and implement content improvement ideas based on performance indicators Derive insights through analysis of competing hospitals and local marketing cases

Qualifications

Ability to communicate in Japanese and have an understanding of Japanese culture and online communities. Daily use of social media and a keen eye for trends. Experience analyzing and improving content performance (e.g., traffic, conversions). Experience analyzing data and thinking numerically.

Preferred

Experience in influencer marketing or content seeding. Experience operating social media platforms (Instagram, X, etc.). A basic understanding of digital marketing performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, etc.). Interest in the medical and beauty industries.
