Job Description

• Support for operating social media and digital content targeting the Japanese market • Collecting and managing influencer seeding campaign results (UGC) • Selecting and organizing video and image cuts for marketing use • Assisting with AI-based content editing processes and reviewing results • Supporting scheduling and operation of postings on Japanese social media channels • Monitoring and organizing Japanese consumer responses • Supporting localization and expression review of content for the Japanese market

Qualifications

• Native or business-level Japanese language skills. • Experience in social media management, digital content management, or marketing preferred. • Ability to systematically organize and manage video and image content. • Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop preferred. • Experience with or willingness to learn AI content editing tools. • Ability to work in Korea (regardless of visa status, subject to further negotiation.)

• Experience operating Japanese social media channels or working in content for the Japanese market. • Experience collaborating with influencers, seeding campaigns, or managing user-generated content. • Experience editing or producing video or image content. • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere. • Experience reviewing digital marketing data and analyzing responses. • Experience working with cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
