Job Description

We are recruiting certified TESOL English instructors to teach Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking with a focus on innovative teaching using AI tools. 1. Position Job Title: TESOL English Instructor (Reading / Writing / Listening / Speaking / Teaching Methodology) Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (applicant’s choice) 2. Main Teaching Responsibilities Conduct 120–180 hours of TESOL classes and practicum sessions Teach English teaching methodology based on the TESOL curriculum Provide communication-based instruction tailored to learners’ proficiency levels Prepare lesson plans and assessment materials (Preferred) Develop educational content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc. 3. Salary & Working Conditions Full-time: KRW 4,000,000/month (including KRW 1,000,000 allowance for regional placements) Part-time: Negotiable (hourly or per-class rate) Benefits: Four major insurances (if applicable) or tax withholding Working Days: Monday–Wednesday and/or Saturday–Sunday (flexible schedule) Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Start Date: January 2026 (estimated)

Qualifications

1. Qualifications TESOL / TESL certificate (Required) Master’s degree or higher in Education or English Education (Required) Excellent communication and classroom management skills 2. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI or prompt-engineering tools (e.g., GPT) into lesson design Experience with online or international teaching environments Experience teaching a wide range of learners (teenagers to adults) 3. Work Location Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Jeju, Gyeonggi, Chungnam, and other regions nationwide in Korea 4. Required Documents Resume (including detailed teaching experience) Copy of TESOL/TESL certificate Copy of Master’s degree certificate (Optional) Teaching portfolio or sample lesson plan
