Job Description

Guest room and common area management at two guesthouse locations Same-day checkout room cleaning (Average of 5-6 rooms per day / Some days without checkout) Building facility inspections and light maintenance -Checking the condition of electricity, water, and fixtures and performing basic maintenance -Cleaning common areas such as stairwells and hallways, etc. Simple check-in instructions for guests arriving before 6:00 PM -Informing guests about room locations, usage rules, and facilities Managing supplies, replenishing supplies, and performing simple work instructions

Qualifications

A normal visa holder who is able to work A person who is hardworking and can work for a long time
