* The Seongsu branch operates in an environment where it serves customers of diverse nationalities. An additional Global Service Allowance is provided based on individual language proficiency. (Up to 200,000 KRW per month) (The extension of this system is scheduled to be reviewed following a pilot operation in the second quarter of 2026 (April–June).) ※ Working hours at Cllime Seongsu branch can be selected from a 5-day workweek (40 hours), a 4-day workweek (40 hours), or a 4-day workweek (32 hours). The specific schedule will be finalized after consultation, depending on the store's operational status. (For the 4-day, 32-hour workweek, monthly salary is subject to company regulations.) [Beautist (Skin Care Specialist)] - From achieving a smaller face to skin care, providing facial and body care for clients to boost their beauty confidence in Korea. [Beauty Manager] - Responding to customer reservations - Customer consultation - Branch CS management and on-site support

Qualifications

[Beautician (Skin Care Specialist)] - Skin Care Specialist Certification (License) required - Interest in beauty/aesthetics and a willingness to learn - Possess a basic customer service mindset - Able to work diligently and responsibly [Beauty Manager] - English required (basic conversational skills or higher) - Possess customer service and service skills - Fluent communication skills

Preferred

[Beautician (Skin Care Specialist)] - Major in skin care/aesthetics - Related certifications - Treatment experience or field training [Beauty Manager] - Chinese or Japanese proficiency - Experience with international customers - Experience in store operations or service positions
