Qualifications

Requirements Native English speaker (American English preferred) Sales experience (especially closing experience) Customer service experience with American customers F visa holder

Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and manage potential leads Provide order updates and follow up with customers Communicate live with U.S. customers (night or early morning shifts in Korea time) Most communication is handled through email, text messages, and CRM platforms, but may occasionally involve phone calls
