<Introducing the Squad You'll Be Working With> The Hospital Marketing Squad aims to create a world where hospitals don't have to worry about marketing. We're responsible for the entire process, from brand building to online performance marketing, content marketing, global customer acquisition, and retention, so hospitals can focus on their core business of providing medical care. <Future Responsibilities> - Responding to initial inquiries from aesthetic medicine clients visiting Korea (online) - Communication with partner hospital representatives for customer guidance - Enhanced work processes using messaging apps like LINE and WeChat - Improving the customer journey through seamless collaboration with partner hospitals

Qualifications

- Native or equivalent Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) proficiency and a deep understanding of Chinese culture. - A person who prioritizes customer satisfaction and can proactively define and execute necessary tasks.

Preferred

- Experience consulting at a cosmetic medical clinic, such as a plastic surgery clinic or dermatology clinic. - Experience providing customer service (online/offline) in a service role. - Hold an F-2 visa or equivalent work permit.
