<Introducing the team you'll be working with> The US-China Squad is responsible for the global expansion of UNNI's English and Chinese services. The Chinese market is a rapidly growing core market, and providing customized content to local users is crucial. We develop and implement content strategies tailored to local culture and market, providing an optimized experience for users in each country. Team members with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds collaborate to deliver the value of UNNI's services to the global market. <This is what we'll be doing in the future> Planning and executing an influencer marketing strategy targeting Chinese-speaking countries, including China and Taiwan. Directly recruiting local and domestic influencers and creating content through collaboration. Scaling influencer content production through cost-effective agency discovery and operation. Designing conversion funnels and implementing signup strategies based on influencer content. Planning and producing content and advertising materials that reflect the needs of the Chinese target market. Operating Chinese social media accounts with branding and performance in mind.

Qualifications

Chinese nationality or possessing a local-level understanding of the language and culture. Experience in aesthetic medicine hospital marketing (either in-house or through an agency). Experience in planning and operating content for the aesthetic medicine platform Xiaohongshu. Experience in influencer marketing on Xiaohongshu and Douyin (including agency management).

Preferred

Experience in the aesthetics and medical field, managing WeChat accounts. Experience in advertising and optimization across Chinese marketing channels (Xiaohongshu, WeChat advertising accounts, Bilibili, etc.).
