Job Description

[This is what you'll be doing!] - Planning and operating global social media content (brand Instagram, TikTok account management, etc.) - Planning and communicating with influencers/creators - Developing localization strategies for brand campaigns and promotions - Researching global market trends and consumer insights - Supporting the creation and translation of brand English content (social media captions, promotional text, etc.)

Qualifications

[We need someone like this!] - TOPIK Level 4 or higher - Experience planning and writing English content - Marketing experience targeting English-speaking markets (e.g., the US, Southeast Asia, Europe) - Communication skills capable of communicating effectively with English creators and local partners (e.g., English email, phone, meeting collaboration) - 3+ years of experience in brand global marketing or content marketing - Digital content planning and production capabilities utilizing a trendy sensibility and unique ideas - Understanding of beauty brands or global consumer goods brands - Understanding and passion for K-beauty - Proactive problem-solving and openness to growth - Receptive to diverse cultures and open communication skills
