Job Description

- Social media platform operation (Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat, etc.) and local marketing support in Japan (Japanese and English) - Marketing and business communication for local branches/distributors/key retailers in each country, and support for social media marketing operations - Planning, filming, and operational management of content for brand exposure on social media channels, and content production - Planning and production of key-selling points for product/season/event marketing, and local seeding support - KOL/KOC influencer contact and task management, and support for communication with local marketing agencies - Responding to inquiries and customer service/direct messages received through social media accounts in each country, and supporting local marketing operations for overseas retailers

Qualifications

- Foreign nationals residing in Korea/foreign nationals are welcome to apply (★Korean work visa required) - Japanese and English proficiency required for Japan regional manager - Basic MS Office skills, including Excel - Opening Position/Level: 0 Internships

- Experience in beauty/cosmetics/skincare related work. - Proficient in content creation, short-form content, and Reels management across various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.). - A bright, positive, and proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned tasks. - Ability to quickly analyze the latest beauty trends and trends and apply them to practical work.
