Job Description

1. Answering phone calls and messages from Mongolian-speaking clients residing in Korea - Communicating with clients and collecting basic information during the initial stages of legal consultations and case referrals - Summarizing client inquiries from Mongolian to Korean 2. Coordinating in-person consultation schedules for Mongolian-speaking clients 3. Interpreting in-person consultations for Mongolian-speaking clients 4. Assisting with the writing and translation of other simple documents

Qualifications

Native Mongolian speaker level Proficient Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or higher)

Preferred

1. Possess legal residency in Korea (preference given to long-term residents) 2. Proficient in multiple languages, including Mongolian, English, and Russian
